Infrage kommen daf\u00fcr u. a. Karotten, Erbsen, Buschbohnen, Radieschen. Etwa 4 Wochen nachdem die Saat aufgegangen ist, bekommen die Pflanzen eine Kopfd\u00fcngung. Winterporre\u00e9 wird im Juni angepflanzt. Man setzt ihn dabei so tief in die Furchen, dass die Sch\u00e4fte gut bleichen. Alle Gem\u00fcsebeete m\u00fcssen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig vorsichtig durchgehackt und bew\u00e4ssert werden. Besonders bei lockeren, gut wasserdurchl\u00e4ssigen B\u00f6den ist der Wasserbedarf hoch. Spargel wird ab 20. Juni nicht mehr geerntet, Rhabarber nur noch bis Ende Juni. So kann man es zumindest in \u00e4lteren Gartenb\u00fcchern lesen. Inzwischen haben sich jedoch die Jahreszeiten verschoben. Die Rhabarber-Ernte ist sp\u00e4testens dann beendet, wenn die Pflanzen bl\u00fchen. Meist ist dies bereits Mitte Mai der Fall. Die Ernte ist dann nicht nur zu beenden, damit sich die Pflanzen wieder etwas erholen kann, sondern auch weil der Rhabarber dann bereits viel sch\u00e4dliche Oxals\u00e4ure gebildet hat, die bekanntlich u. a. den Zahnschmelz angreift.
