So k\u00f6nnte es das n\u00e4chste Mal besser werden: Petersilie kann man ab Ende April direkt ins Freiland auss\u00e4en. Etwa einen Monat vorher, also noch im M\u00e4rz, lockert man den Boden gr\u00fcndlich auf und arbeitet etwas Steinmehl und Algenkalk als Langzeitd\u00fcnger in die Erde ein. Kurz bevor man dann die Petersilie auss\u00e4t, w\u00e4ssert man den Boden mit einem kochend-hei\u00dfen Sud aus Schachtelhalmtee, l\u00e4sst die Erde etwas abk\u00fchlen und s\u00e4t die Petersilie unmittelbar danach aus, und zwar noch bevor die Erde wieder v\u00f6llig abtrocknet. Au\u00dferdem muss man dann im n\u00e4chsten Jahr, Petersilie an einem anderen Platz auss\u00e4en. Erst nach 4 Jahre kann man an der alten Stelle wieder erfolgreich Petersilie kultivieren.
