Deshalb muss man ihn sp\u00e4testens Mitte Juli auss\u00e4en. Voraussetzung f\u00fcr eine gute Ernte ist bei der Aussaat von Winterrettich ein Reihenabstand von wenigstens 30cm und ein Abstand zwischen den Rettichpflanzen in der Reihe von ca. 15 bis 20cm. Um eine gute Qualit\u00e4t und Lagerf\u00e4higkeit des Winterrettichs zu erreichen muss das Beet durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfiges Harken und Gie\u00dfen locker und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig feucht gehalten werden. Der Winterrettich wird schlie\u00dflich so sp\u00e4t wie m\u00f6glich, aber noch vor den ersten Fr\u00f6sten geerntet. Sonst l\u00e4sst er sich nicht lange genug lagern. Bei der Ernte darf man die Rettiche nicht besch\u00e4digen, sonst beginnen sie zu faulen. Au\u00dferdem d\u00fcrfen sie nur bei trockenem Wetter geerntet werden. Dann k\u00f6nnen sie sauber, aber ungewaschen (!) in Keller oder Miete eingelagert werden. Das Kraut wird abgedreht, nicht abgeschnitten.
