Sie stellen eine ideale<br \/>\nVitaminversorgung dar, wenn kaum noch frische Gem\u00fcse aus eigenen Landen<br \/>\nerh\u00e4ltlich sind, sondern lediglich Importware. <br \/>Hobbyg\u00e4rtner wissen<br \/>\nschon seit langem, wie wertvoll regionale Gem\u00fcse, vor allen Dingen<br \/>\nSelbstzucht aus dem eigenen Biogarten sind. <\/p>\n<div>Sellerie, der im Winter<br \/>\ngeeerntet wird, kann immer noch eingelagert werden im Keller Blumenkohl<br \/>\nist etwas empfindlicher, vertr\u00e4gt aber auch kurze Fr\u00f6ste. Als besonders<br \/>\nresistent gilt Chinakohl, ein versatiles Gem\u00fcse, das sich auf unz\u00e4hlige<br \/>\nArten zubereiten l\u00e4sst, roh wie auch ged\u00fcnstet oder gekocht. Bis zu acht<br \/>\n oder zehn Minusgrade vertr\u00e4gt Chinakohl. Auch im Dezember geenrtet darf<br \/>\n es immer Keller noch in einer Sandbox eingeschlagen werden.<br \/>\nWinterendivien vertr\u00e4gt Minustemperaturen bis etwa f\u00fcnf Grad unter Null<br \/>\nund kann dann bis Februar im Keller oder in T\u00f6pfen eingeschlagen werden.<br \/>\n Kohlr\u00fcben vertragen kr\u00e4ftigen Frost, Kohlrabi nicht. Auch Mangold darf<br \/>\nnoch etwas drau\u00dfen bleiben und nat\u00fcrlich Karotten, der Lauch und der<br \/>\nWinterrettich. Man kann sie mit etwas Torf als Schutz bedecken. Wenn sie<br \/>\n aufbewahrt werden sollen, darf das Kraut nicht entfernt werden.<br \/>\nPastinaken und Schwarzwurzeln sind ebenfalls winterhart; sie lassen sich<br \/>\n jedoch bei frosthartem Boden \u00e4u\u00dferst schlecht ausgraben (Grabgabel<br \/>\nbenutzen!). Wer beim Rosenkohl den Bl\u00e4tterschopf stehen l\u00e4sst, darf den<br \/>\nRosenkohl sp\u00e4ter ernten.
