Kr\u00e4uter werden nicht nur gerne f\u00fcr Salate, Suppen, So\u00dfen und S\u00fc\u00dfspeisen verwendet, sondern auch als nat\u00fcrliche Heilmittel wie f\u00fcr n\u00fctzliche Br\u00fchen<br \/>\nim Gartenbereich und nat\u00fcrlich als Tee. Besonders beliebt sind n\u00fctzliche Kr\u00e4uter wie Koriander, Basilikum, Minze, Melisse, Kamille, Salbei, Thymian, Dill, Frauenmantel,<br \/>\nLavendel, Ringelblume, Oregano, Ysop und viele andere. Kr\u00e4uter lieben meist einen durchl\u00e4ssigen Boden und Halbschatten.<br \/>\nIdeal sitzen sie in einer Kr\u00e4uterspirale, wo sie sich von der Na\u00dfzone bis in die Trockenzone schl\u00e4ngeln k\u00f6nnen, ganz nach Sorte und Bedarf. Versierte Kr\u00e4uterg\u00e4rtner wissen, dass man Kr\u00e4uter zu Heilzwecken am besten bei Vollmond erntet, denn nur dann liegt die gesamte Pflanzenkraft im Kraut. Kr\u00e4uter werden am besten mit Kompost ged\u00fcngt, auch Schachtelhalmbr\u00fche und Brennnesselsud sowie Rainfarnbr\u00fche d\u00fcrfen gegeben werden. Viele G\u00e4rtner mischen aus guter Erfahrung etwas Hornmehl oder Blaukorn unter die Erde und gie\u00dfen immer nur im Wurzelbereich.<\/p>\n<p>Heilkr\u00e4uter und K\u00fcchenkr\u00e4uter sollten m\u00f6glichst vor ihrer Bl\u00fcte geerntet bzw. abgeschnitten werden. Heilkr\u00e4uter (au\u00dfer Lavendel und Ringelblume, wo auch Bl\u00fctenteile verwendet werden), k\u00f6nnen durch Bl\u00fcten etwas an Kraft verlieren. Kr\u00e4uter werden also am besten vor der Bl\u00fcten in den Morgenstunden geschnitten und in Str\u00e4u\u00dfen zusammengebunden, um sie kopf\u00fcber an einem trockenen, Luftigen Ort langsam trocknen zu lassen. Sp\u00e4ter kann man sie auf Wunsch zerkleinern oder rebbeln, um sie in Gl\u00e4sern luftdicht verschlossen aufzubewahren.
